My professional experience is the mixture for communication and development sector. After my matriculation in 2001 we group of 15 young individuals belonging different villages of Tehsil Moola formed a CBO(Community Based Organization) and registed it’s as “Bilsum Social Welfare Organization” in Social Welfare department. The main objective of Bilsum organization was to work for the development of that area by building a bridge between the native of Moola/common main and decision making bodies so that they could access the decision making bodies and work for their rights.

Being the professional of community and rural development I can say that if I am selected for this program I can better contribute and work for the sustainable development as I know I have strong practices, I have a ready ground and mobilized community which have trust on me and my work. I have a group of young individuals who are committed for social positive change in tribal areas of Baluchistan; they will learn new methods of livestock, irrigation and agriculture to produce bumper crops using limited resources. I have part of different project to developed and proposed different irrigation channel to the rural communities we can introduce water management to the communities and initiate our work by micro-hydro schemes, establish three (3) model hydro power plant in Moola, on the other hand, Baluchistan is (area vise) largest province of Pakistan. Lack of trained human resource is also causing hurdles in the process of institutions development in Balochistan. Therefore, the province lacks institutions that can lead the development process for poverty alleviation in the province. Currently, I am working Assistant Manager at Balochistan Rural Support Program (BRSP) Pakistan.

I belong to one of the most beautiful village of Balochistan Name Moola.Moola Village if only 100 km from District Khuzdar.Moola Consist of 28 town,villages and Kills.The name of my village is Jahan.Its population is more then 3 thousand.

Instead of text, I can add others' buttons to this first page, and I'll be rewarded for people who click on the buttons. Even if I don't put much text on my home page, it's a good idea to include hidden tools that will help me promote my site, so people other than my friends and family actually see it. For example, I could add meta tags, which are hidden codes that allow search engines to find my site. I could also install stats and a counter so I know how many people are visiting. If not many are visiting, submitting my site to search engines will guide more traffic to my site.
